Bookings between November and April may incur a fuel surcharge based on electricity used.
£250 refundable security deposit required with booking, which will be returned after your stay once the property has been checked for damage and left in a satisfactory condition. Full payment required 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
Cancellation policy
In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your booking we will make the following refunds
Up to 8 weeks before date of stay 100%
Between 4 and 8 weeks 50%
Less than 4 weeks 0%
Please note your travel insurance should cover you for cancellation. If we are able to relet the property a full refund will be made.
